Please include copies of previous correspondence or use the REPLY feature so I know what we discussed previously.

PLEASE INCLUDE THE MAKE and MODEL NUMBER IN THE FIRST E-MAIL.
Model or type numbers usually have the word "MODEL" or "TYPE" preceding the number.
Numbers, such as "A00729618432" are serial numbers and are no help to identify the model number.
A typical model (TYPE) number would be like 62C6497421945. In this case, the type (model) number would be 62C.

NOTE: SU, TSP, SP, "Grasshopper", etc, does not identify your Elna.
For example, five totally different machines, the Elna Lotus, Stella, Air electronic, Carina and the Star series models were made in "TSP" versions.

The first thing I must know to help you is the TYPE, which is also the MODEL number of your Elna. Please have the TYPE number available before you contact me. It saves endless e-mail or waiting on the phone while you to get the necessary information.
